Let the chi in

At the beginning of every month, I like to open up all of the windows in my home.  While doing so, I am mindful that I am letting the old, negative, and stagnant chi out, and letting the new, vibrant, positive chi in.

This is a simple, quick "refresh" - bringing in a fresh flow of energy.

This is also a good time to review your intentions and goals.  If your space needs clearing, no better time or way than when you are refreshing with open windows.

Windows and doors are the eyes and mouth of chi to your home.  Open them and welcome the positive life force to flow within your space.
