Do you love your home?

Surround yourself with what you love.  Never underestimate the power of suggestion.  When you love your surroundings, it helps reinforce your intentions, thereby creates a happy, loving and supportive environment. 

Often, we are gifted items, or even have hand-me-downs.  Sometimes we have things just because they were on sale.  But, ask yourself, how do you feel about these things?  Do you really like them?

If there is a negative association with an item, it is time to let it go.  If you have guilt about keeping an item, pass it on to someone who may need it or want it, and feel good about letting it go.  

If you were gifted something, that may not be your style, remember the gift was in the act of receiving it, and it has already served it's purpose.  There is no need to feel guilty about keeping it forever.  If you are keeping items out of guilt, they quickly become clutter.

So, look around, access your surroundings.  How do you feel about the items in your space?
