New month, new energy

At the beginning of every month, open all of the windows and doors in your home.  While doing so, be mindful that you are letting the old, negative, and stagnant chi out, while letting the new, vibrant, positive chi in.

Windows and doors are the eyes and mouth for chi to enter your home.  By opening them, you encourage and welcome the positive life force to flow within your space.

Consider a simple mantra to focus your intention during this refresh, such as "out with the old, in with the new".  Remember, the stronger your intention, the better the result.

Even if for a brief period of time, this simple, quick "refresh" will bring a fresh flow of energy into your home.  Breath in the fresh air and be thankful.
